Application for 2024 Hayling Island Arts Trail 

The Hayling Island Arts Trail 2024 takes place over the weekend of 11th and 12th May 

 

If you are an artist, and you wish to participant in the Hayling Island Arts Trail 2024, please fill in the Google form below, and hit submit.

Please make sure you have read the Artists' Guidance page before submitting.

Payment should be made at the same time as applying for the trail.

Fees for the brochure entry are 

  • Each artist is £60

  • Art groups at a single venue (full page entry) £180

  • Free of charge : Schools

Please supply one image of your work as a JPEG file (300dpi) by email. Please make your sure your image is sharp, bright, in square format and as large a file as possible. We may also contact you for further images for the website directory.

 

Remember your image and your artist statements are what will go into the brochure and across social media outlets. This is your opportunity to sell yourself, and your work to the general public.

If you are applying for Hayling Island Community Centre, St Mary's Church or Girl Guide Head Quarters, an additional payment of £20 for the weekend is due to cover the cost of venue hire. These venues are on a first come, first served basis, with priority being given to artists who have exhibited in these venues before. We cannot guarantee your first choice of venue. Payment for the venue is due at the same time as payment for application to the trail.

By completing this form I agree that my details may be held on the HIAT database. These will be used to keep me

informed of events, and may be published on the HIAT 2020 web site, and appear in the 2020 HIAT brochure.
