Application for 2020 Hayling Island Arts Trail 

If you wish to participant in the Hayling Island Arts Trail 2020, please fill in the Google form below, and hit submit.

Please make sure you have read the Artists' Information page before submitting.

Payment should be made at the same time as applying for the trail.

 

Payment can be made by

Bank transfers: Please use the reference MDATyourname.

The MDAT bank details are: Sort Code 40-23-20. Account 91437070

Alternatively a cheque can be made payable to 'May Days Arts Trail', with your name and address on the back, to: MDAT Treasurer, 21 Victoria Avenue , Hayling Island, PO11 9AJ.  Bank transfers are preferred.

Fees for the brochure entry are 

  • 1 or 2 artists at a single venue (¼ page entry) £40

  • Group of  3-5 artists at a single venue (1/2 page entry) £80

  • Group of 6-9 artists at a single venue (¾ page entry) £120

  • Group of 10 or more artists at a single venue (full page entry) £160

  • Free of charge : Schools

Please supply one image of your work as a JPEG file (300dpi) by email. Please make your sure your image is sharp, bright and as large a file as possible. We will also contact you for further images for the website directory.

 

Remember your image and your artist statements are what will go into the brochure. This is your opportunity to sell yourself, and your work to the general public. 

If you are applying for Hayling Island Community Centre, Northney Barn or Girl Guide Head Quarters, an additional payment of £10 for the weekend is due to cover the cost of venue hire. These venues are on a first come, first served basis, with priority being given to artists who have exhibited in these venues before. We cannot guarantee your first choice of venue. Payment for the venue is due at the same time as payment for application to the trail.

Applications close on 11th January 2020 

By completing this form I agree that my details may be held on the HIAT database. These will be used to keep me

informed of events, and may be published on the HIAT 2020 web site, and appear in the 2020 HIAT brochure.
